Bog frog you are correct Channel 7 had identified the wrong Guy who was aboriginal, the guy the police have is also aboriginal.
Channel 7 in a startling piece of investigative work looked up the guys name on Facebook and used one of his photos from social media...….unfortunately it was the wrong guy.
He has now got a lawyer who will go after 7 for damages and reputational damage.
The Aboriginal elders in Carnarvon are concerned about backlash from the white population and have stated they are highly embarrassed by said aboriginal mans actions in abducting Chloe.
They met with the police commissioner on Wednesday.

Give the way the guys has ben portrayed so far, and the fact that the girl was not harmed, I get the feeling the abduction may have more to do with a mental health issue more than something more sinister.

Sooo... So what? You think we are making it up as some conspiracy theory to demonise the Black man.... Just so you can sleep tonight there's a nice pic of the sicko wearing a girls t-shirt in this article.. Jeez! You need to reduce your outrage! I had read that 7 news had falsely named an aboriginal man as the alleged perp. I was simply asking if we knew whethet the actual perp was of aboriginal heritage or not, or if what you had written was from the original, false, 7 news report. Which does not explain why you responded with 'so...' after both me and confirmed it... Anyways...

The thing that struck me was the amount of registered sex offenders living in his town, can't remember the exact number but was heaps. Do they lump them all together, do they gravitate to each other, or is it just typical of our society and they are every where?

Don't break the law and cameras are not an issue. I generally don't have an issue with the CC cameras because I think that the benefits outweigh the costs but using the "Don't break the law and its not an issue" line as a defence for having them is absolute crap. If you could absolutely guarantee that the images were only being used for the purposes of crime prevention (which is the stated reason why they're there) then it would be true. But we all know thats not the case. As with every piece of data thats captured and stored whether it be metadata, images, sound bytes, etc the potential for abuse is there. It happened with the internet metadata, it happened with the covid data, it happens with CCTV images. Justify the cameras if you choose but don't use that as a defence. There must be more cameras in China than people. was insane when there. ive no idea of crime in China but it must be low.

Probably a bit like (I think it is) Alaska in the US, people go there to disappear from mainstream society for a variety of reasons and people tend not to ask where you were from and why you came there. I still think there will be more to play out in this. If this guy is mentally not 100% I find it difficult to believe he has done this all by himself and kept it under wraps as long as he has without slipping up. Just seems to clean cut and simple.

Britain is often quoted as having the most cameras per capita but I think the accolade goes to Monaco.

Yeah all getting very weird and disturbing now. They have impounded the deceased step-grandmas old car. Seems they know a lot more than they are letting on.

I listen to a podcast about media and how and why they do things and they work extremely close with the cops sometimes or should I say the cops work with the media to cause miss direction and to make it seems like someone else might talk on a phone or to someone.

It is interesting that they have a murder suspect but they are investigating that he fell off a balcony. I don’t get it. Did the foster mother cover up an accident? Or maybe he was thrown off the balcony God Forbid. Is that what is going on ? I always thought it was a weird story how he was playing in the yard then a few minutes later he was gone.

I wouldn't read anything into it. They're just doing a Sherlock and keeping all the important stuff under their hats till they can expose the solution in a big bang in front of the astounded media contingent.
