So only 37% gave him a fail.
Thats less than the percentage that voted for Trump in the last election and with 49% giving him C or higher so you could suggest he's done OK. Not outstanding but OK.
Having already said that he was only going to do the one term, He was never going to be anything more than a transitionary President.
IMHO the biggest loser in the past 12months is the VP (Harris) who could have used this as a springboard to the top job but seems to have gone MIA.

IMHO the biggest loser in the past 12months is the VP (Harris) who could have used this as a springboard to the top job but seems to have gone MIA. And the 11% who somehow gave him an A is way less than the percentage that voted for him I'm not sure that Democrats in marginal areas would be too happy that 51% of people have graded him a D or worse
