I tried going the other way. Lasted one phone.
All the apps you use and purchased, you’ll have to pay for again.

I've had both at the same time so have been able to do a side by side comparison. Personal choice has been Android due to the pricing point (running an samsung A30 because spending $1200+ for a phone doesn't work for me), works preference was Apple for the control, maintenance and support perspective. Like everything else it'll take some time to setup an iPhone to your particular requirements and find the apps you'll need. Social media apps won't be a problem but smaller apps might be so you may need to find alternative apps. I've found over the years that Apple products(in general) don't play nicely with our home wireless network. Don't know about the latest iPhone but storage expansion wasn't possible when I had the work iphone which might be an issue if you're a shutter bug and take lots of photos or want to have plenty of music on board Apart from that and the price, I thought iphones were OK and I would have an issue using one (if somebody else paid for it)

Similar to DropBear I run android for my personal phone and Apple for work.
Despise the iPhone and would never switch over to one for my personal phone. I tolerate it for work and that's it............but each to their own I guess.
