My season is starting on May2nd with a local 52km tune up race. I have 4 key races this year with this one, then Endure24, The Plague (108km) and North Coast 11km in Oct.
Fingers crossed!

A bit hit and miss mate but generally ok. I spent the winter concentrating on my hip issues which caused me to DNF last year. I did have some calf injuries earlier in the year which was frustrating, as I could put together any 30km plus runs to see if the hip was actually better.
Some S&C exercises help and some definitely hinder. Specific loading on my left leg seems to do more harm than good, so apart from calf raises, I do very little one legged stuff. I've found a massage gun really helps as well. My first race at 52km will be a good test, will know more after that but these days I defintely just go for 'complete' on the longer stuff.
