Hi all, I've been on the search for a while for a hard bike box for my 29er dually for flying.
I'm a pretty big fan of my Scicon Evolution hard case for my TT bike but the 29" MTB wheels wont fit and being tubeless I didn't want to pull the tyres off (maybe I should consider running tubes!).
There are a few bike boxes out there, but a lot of them are pretty heavy, especially for a MTB, especially if the box has to be under 23kg which I sometimes have to do.
So far the only MTB hard case I've seen that I like is the Bonza Bike Box 2.
Has anybody else used this box or have thoughts on it. Or any other suitable recommendations that I should look at?

For my MTB I just use a cardboard box inside a bike carry bag. I put the wheels in wheel bags and I put old hubs in the fork and rear drop outs. This is a 27.5 (650B) dual suspension bike that I take traveling. I used to deliberately travel non-tubeless and while I haven't traveled tubeless I probably would now because the tubeless set up I have is pretty good.
The weight for this is box and bag combo is 4kg. Can't get close to that with any hard shell box.
