I've seen very little correlation between training load and fatigue and HRV. Take last weekend, nearly 10 hours of training and was expecting HRV to get smashed and it actually showed improvement on Monday. Another big 4 hour training day Tuesday and HRV continued to show improvement Tuesday and today... Makes no sense..

I have been using one for the last month as part of a study with the AIS Unfortunately, due to the study, they get to see the data, but I really don't.
And as I haven't seen it (the data) I think it might be worth it, I doubt I will go out and buy one afterwards. As I have another app that can pull the data off my garmin, then do HRV from that, not seeing a benefit. (Also - having to take it off if lifting or swimming is annoying)
