Enjoy the festive week, with family, friends or yourselves. Ponder how lucky we all are to enjoy the life we have. 2023 is just over a week away and hopefully will be better for everyone. FM PS: Fridge is full to celebrate Christmas and our new grandson (#2)

Merry Xmas to all from across the miles. Things are not great in the UK at the moment for so many people and we are in the very luck position of not having to worry too much about heating or eating.
We are spending a quiet one at home, Lo's birthday is Boxing Day, I have an ultra on 27th and then we are heaing to Mum's on the 28th. (if I can drive! ) where my sister will be joining us.

Have a good one. In Brissy with the kids, have been able to ride &/or swim every day so far, even a short session in the Beach Street pool this morning. Cycling around Sherwood/Graceville on MTBs, our youngest back on a roadbike. Great to be cycling with her again. Drivers seem very cyclist-aware and careful here which is a nice surprise.

Merry Christmas Trannies old and new and in between.
Xmas solo here. One kids in Melbourne and the other is at her Mum's place NOR. So I kicked off with a km inside the shark net at Cott then home for a 40k easy Zwift.
Fruit for lunch then a sleep.
Take care all. All the best for 2023 ✌️

For me it is another Christmas in Mongolia, a long way from family and friends. December 25th is National Miners Day. So it was great to be able hand out some awards to my team. I received my 5 year service award, not sure if I can survive another winter. Зул сарын мэнд бас шинэ жилийн мэнд. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

What's it like ? FM I did a 2 week G Adventures tour of Mongolia a few years ago. I have spent quite a bit of time in and around the capital Ulaan Baatar. Mongolia has amazing natural beauty. The problem is that it is a large country with very poor roads. To travel between locations is slow and uncomfortable. People are very friendly. The food is very simple - meat, noodles, rice, limited vegetables and almost no fruit.
