Hi All,
I'm new to this forum. I am an age-group triathlete and have been training and racing for over 30 years. I'm now doing a PhD in sport science (in triathlon) at Deakin University - no. 1 globally in sport science - and I need your help.
πββοΈπ΄ββοΈπββοΈWe've recently expanded our study on age-group triathlete training load worldwide, and I need your help as a participant!
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
π Do you want to benchmark your training against triathletes worldwide? Our aim is to gain insights from diverse training patterns across age groups and race distance preferences. Additionally, we're developing an interactive web-based app for comparing training loads across different athlete groups once the research is complete. π What's involved?
Export and upload 6 months of your TrainingPeaks data (data will be anonymised and is compliant with international research ethics guidelines). Take a 10-minute survey to share your insights. π Why Participate?Help shape future training strategies for triathletes and coaches worldwide. Be part of groundbreaking research that could revolutionise the world of triathlon.
π Scan the QR code in the video or click this link - deakin.au/3Oef4sF - to learn more and join our global study!
π Please Share Widely! We encourage you to share this opportunity with your network to help us recruit participants from around the world.

Haha No use posting this in this forum as 99% of the small amount of people that actually visit this site donβt race/train anymore

We encourage people of all abilities to participate. Statistically, that's what establishing a bell curve - and outliers - is all about. Contact me at lawells@deakin.edu.au if you have any questions.

We don't have too many outliers - we just have out and out liars.
